In
a first rate production the collective Beecher is presented right
here. It is the first time that ‘Breaking The Fourth Wall’ has had a
worldwide release and this is combined with six new exclusive live
tracks. The core recordings of this record happened way back in
2003, when the Manchester (UK) based band, went to the USA to record
their material in the Godcity Studios in Boston with producer Kurt
Ballou. Followed by an hectic tour schedule.
Music
is made in the best ‘let’s beat as hard as possible and scream out
loud’ tradition, but for those who force their way through material
from bands like The Dillinger Escape Plan, Cult Of Luna or the Dutch
Textures (but less forced vocals) will have a good partner in crime
with Beecher. The band has more of a hardcore touch, however they
foresee enough breaks and moments of tranquillity to keep the
attention. It sounds even that well that they were invited for the
BBC Radio One Rock Show. That’s the bonus material we were talking
about, together with ‘Dead For Weeks’ by Jansky Noise. Nowadays the
band is busy working on new material for a successor. |
