Carptree is back with their third album. still one foot in the
modern progressive and the other in a lot of different sounds and
traditions. A follower to “Superhero” with some lighter pieces, some
more orchestrated, and their trademark sound but perhaps with a
little more tint of the harder and dramatic kind.

Zero Gravity (Belgium) has released a new demo CD “Passages”, which
is now available for sale. The samples sound very promising!!! After The Silence press announcement: Keyboardplayer Joop de Rooij, bassplayer Marcel van Rooij and drummer Edward van Galen decided to leave melodious/sympho/prog/metal-band After The Silence. Because ATS frontlady Ingrid van den Hof-van den Berg (leadvocals) and Willem van den Hof & Ardy van Breemen (both guitar) will continue the band as well, they are calling a halt to the filling of the vacancies which has become available. Last year ATS released their 4-track cd “Final Fantasy”, with positive reviews in among others Music Maker, Headache Magazine, Lords of Metal etc., and they performed with acts like Nodal Point, Reviver, Helldriver and the American band All Too Human.
