Dannie Lee and Macey Blue (former members of the Indianapolis band DizeAzeD) started Nasu Blue in spring this year. They wanted to play their own style: dark, atmospheric music, a bit gothic, a bit experimental. Both where fans from Kiss, glam rock bands and in to heavy metal. The songs on this demo cd are short but very intense, dark and unusual. “The Escape” is spacey, sphereful, melodic and beautiful, once I heard it, could not get enough from it! “SRT” seams right from a Vampire movie: irresistible cool! “Antagonist” starts with a whispered “help me…” and yes, I am lost, I want to get more from this extraordinary, powerful band!
