This is the first official release of the German B.Impatient. Shortly after the album was recorded, Locomotive Records immediately showed interest. The powerful but clear voice of vocaliste Brigitte Berg really is the cherry on the cake on this CD. Some elements from Anouk can be discovered in their sound (as well as in the music), but also some resemblance with Skunk Anansie can be found – although at times, the music sounds a lot heavier. The group was formed in 1999. Only three months after they got together, the first demo "Turn of the Tide" was issued, followed by the "Cross-Section" demo in 2002. They built up an enormous reputation as far as their live performances are concerned. Soon, the group was known throughout the musical landscape.
Head and support performances followed. In April 2003, the songs "Too Much", "If" and "Susanna were recorded accompanied by a production team. They worked on a sound of their own, which appeared on the B.Impatient demo. In 2004, also “Surrender”, “Enemy”, “Dangerous Silence” and “Still Alive” were recorded and B.Impatient volume II was born. The band is a guarantee for a solid dose of alternative rock without compromises, combined with raw emotion and mixed with a modern key sound. Quiet passages with fragile and melancholic elements based on solid guitar riffs. B.Impatient is a band which fits into the program of several rock festivals. The album certainly deserves to be listened to by the pure fan of alternative rock.
