This is the first official release of the German B.Impatient.
Shortly after the album was recorded, Locomotive Records immediately
showed interest. The powerful but clear voice of vocaliste Brigitte
Berg really is the cherry on the cake on this CD. Some elements from
Anouk can be discovered in their sound (as well as in the music),
but also some resemblance with Skunk Anansie can be found – although
at times, the music sounds a lot heavier. The group was formed in
1999. Only three months after they got together, the first demo
"Turn of the Tide" was issued, followed by the "Cross-Section" demo
in 2002. They built up an enormous reputation as far as their live
performances are concerned. Soon, the group was known throughout the
musical landscape. |
