One needn’t be a prog-fan to enjoy this album. What you get is very
melodic and jazz influenced guitar play, featuring an acoustic and
an electric guitar and very soft percussion now and again. The
atmosphere is very gentle and this makes this record ideal for
background music. The addition of the electric guitar and the
wonderful sound it produces will also make some prog-fans enjoy
this. The whole album is a demonstration of mere talent and the
production is no less than perfect.
The electric guitar is played by Stef Burns who played with stars
like Sheila E. and Alice Cooper amongst many others. Italian born
Peppino D’Agostino may be less known, but the guitar play he
produces is wonderful and perfect in addition to Burns’s music.
Consider this album a side-step for this website, but any music
lover will be enchanted by its beauty. |
